At JoliMama, we believe that getting your hands on your new favorite baby carrier should be as easy as possible — so we proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders!
Order Processing Times
Once you place your order, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and get it ready for shipment. Once it’s in the hands of our shipping partners, your package is officially on its way!
During busy seasons and holidays, processing times might be slightly longer — up to 7 business days — but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on where you live. Once your order is dispatched, here’s what you can typically expect:
📦 United States: 5–10 business days
📦 Canada: 7–14 business days
📦 United Kingdom: 7–14 business days
📦 Australia: 7–14 business days
📦 🌎 Other International Orders: 10–21 business days
Note: These are just estimates. Customs delays, local carrier issues, or high-volume periods may affect actual delivery times — and while we wish we could hand-deliver every order, some things are beyond our control.
Double-Check That Shipping Info!
It’s super important that your shipping address is accurate. Typos or missing info can delay your order or cause it to be cancelled.
- If we catch an issue, we’ll send an email within 3 business days to confirm your details.
- If we don’t hear back, we may have to cancel the order (and we’d hate to do that).
Spotted a mistake? Email us at support@jolimama.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to fix it before it ships.
Delayed Delivery
We totally understand how exciting (and important) it is to get your order on time. While we do our part to ship quickly, sometimes delays happen:
- Couriers may be affected by weather, customs checks, or unexpected slowdowns
- Other hiccups like address issues or payment processing delays might cause slight setbacks
If anything pops up, we’ll keep you posted and work to resolve it ASAP. Please note, though, that JoliMama can’t be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or external factors.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Nobody likes a missing package. If your order seems to be lost or stolen, email us at support@jolimama.com and we’ll do our best to help.
- We recommend contacting the courier directly to start a claim
- We’ll also follow up from our end to check in and keep you updated
- While JoliMama is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we may be able to offer a one-time replacement depending on the situation
In rare cases, a police report may be needed for stolen packages.
