At JoliMama, our mission is to make life easier and more comfortable for parents — one hip seat at a time. We stand by our products and want you to love them just as much as we do! That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. But first, we ask that you give your product a fair shot — at least 14 days of regular use — so you can truly experience the magic.

If you’re still not happy after 14 days (but within 60 days of receiving your item), no worries! Just reach out to us at support@jolimama.com, and we’ll take care of you.

Cancellation Policy

Need to cancel or change your order? No problem — just let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it might already be in the works and we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel within that 24-hour window, we’ll issue a full refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love your JoliMama carrier, but if it’s not a match, you can return it. Here’s how it works:

* Try it for at least 14 days to give it a real shot.
* If you’re still not satisfied, you have up to 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.
* Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us at support@jolimama.com. Be sure to include your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout to help us speed things up.

Damaged Items

We pack every order with love, but if your product shows up damaged, we’ve got your back!

* A product is considered damaged if it arrives broken or defective
* Cosmetic damage to the packaging (like a dented box) doesn’t count if the product inside is just fine
* Let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@jolimama.com with a clear photo of the damage
* If eligible, we’ll replace your item at no cost to you!

Please note: we don’t offer returns or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse. 

Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to get your order to you quickly, but some things are out of our hands (like postal delays, customs, or the occasional courier hiccup).
* If your order is delayed, lost, or stolen, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly
*JoliMama is not responsible for delays or issues once the order leaves our hands

Incorrect Shipping Address

Oops — made a typo? Let us know within 24 hours of placing your order. If you don’t and the order ships to the wrong address, we won’t be able to resend or refund it.
